(1) The anti-reflux effect of the ureteral orifice disappeared after the catheter was placed, and routine indwelling catheterization was used for 5 to 7 days after the operation.
(2) When double-J tube is placed for drainage, the crystals in the urine are easily adsorbed on the surface of the urinary tube wall to form urine salt deposits, which block the lumen and cause poor urine drainage; after surgery, drink more water to acidify the urine.

(4) Usually, it should not be placed for more than three months, otherwise the catheter may deteriorate, be easily broken, and be difficult to remove or produce stones.
