Disposable GI Hemoclip is used in the digestive tract under endoscope placed within the clip, for use in GI bleeding and endoscopic marking.

Instructions for Use

1. Check whether the package is intact. Remove the Hemoclip from the package.

2. Pull back the Slide Handle gently, ensure the Clip is in self-locking state, remove the Protective Sheath.

3. Ensure the Clip is in self-locking state, carefully insert the device through the endoscope channel, and gradually deliver the device with each 2 to 3 cm forward.

4. When the device arrives at the target position, push the Slider Handle forward to open the clip. The clip open may have a resistant force since it has to free from the self-locking state.

5. Hold the End Cap by the other hand, rotate the Thumb Ring to adjust the angle and ensure it can clamp the tissue. In order to obtain a better rotation, move the slider Ring distally.

6. When satisfied with the clip position, close the clip against the tissue by pull the Slider Handle back toward the Thumb Ring. Feel a resistance in handle indicate the clip is deployed.

7. The device can be re-open and repositioned before deployed.
