Biopsy forceps are an indispensable tool for obtaining pathological specimens in endoscopy. If contaminated biopsy forceps are used to obtain specimens, nosocomial infection will occur. The author analyzes the reasons for the bacteria in the biopsy forceps and the methods of disinfection and sterilization as follows.
The experimental results show that: in the 6 bacterial cultures of the machine elimination method, 3 of the detections reported that the bacteria were full of the plate, which was calculated as 2 500 bacteria 1 cm2 in the statistical processing, and the other 3 were 404, 100, 256 bacteria 1 cm2 respectively. ; After 10 times of bacterial culture for vertical suspension soaking disinfection, no bacterial growth was found in the results. After statistical analysis: t=7.5, P<0.000 5, the difference was statistically significant.
