MEDNOVA's 2025 Mid-year Summary Conference Was Successfully Held

          The ancient saying 'Born in times of worry and adversity, die in times of peace and ease' set a profound tone for the 2025 Mid-Year Summary Meeting of Chuangxiang Medicine. Held successfully in Jinyun, Lishui, Zhejiang from July 17 to 19, 2025, this meeting, which carries the significance of reviewing the past and planning for the future, brought together heads of various departments. Through in-depth thinking and intense discussions, they comprehensively summarized the work done in the first half of the year, clarified the key directions for the second half, and contributed to the company's achievement of its annual 2025 goals.

      Middle-level cadres from various departments took the stage one after another to share in detail about their main work achievements, the difficulties encountered, and the corresponding solutions over the past six months. From breaking through bottlenecks in market expansion to advancing the progress of R&D projects, from optimizing and adjusting internal processes to accurately responding to customer needs, each summary embodies the team's practical experience and thinking. Attendees listened carefully, actively responded to the needs raised by various departments, and strengthened the awareness of cross-departmental collaboration through interaction -- only by uniting and working together can we steadily move forward in complex environments and achieve common development.

     MEDNOVA has a clear and firm vision: to become a leader in the field of minimally invasive interventional medicine. To achieve this goal, it requires not only the self-demand of 'continuous progress' but also the strategic resolve to 'always maintain core competitiveness'.

     After the meetings, a carefully planned team-building activity injected new vitality into the team. Together, they visited Dinghufeng, renowned as 'the world's first bamboo shoot and the world's first stone,' explored the historical depth of Huangdi Ciyu, known as 'the northern mausoleum and southern temple,' tasted the refreshing 'immortal water' from Xianshuidong, and felt the weight of traditional culture through the legend of Emperor Xuanyuan Huangdi's ascension to immortality.

     This journey, which combines natural beauty with cultural charm, allowed team members to deeply understand that in the face of ease and comfort, we need to make changes to achieve the team concept of mutual benefit.
